Önder Çakar was born in İstanbul in 1963 and graduated from The İstanbul Economics University. He has founded '' The New Cineastes '' in 1995. His first script ‚'' On Board '' was filmed in 1997. He is the script writer oft he films '' Azize, A Laleli Story (1997)'', ''Offside (2000)'', ''Maruf (2001)'', ‚''Fear Of God (2006)''. He is also one of the producers of the films ‚'' Men on The Bridge (2009)'' and ''Majority (2010)'' .

Hatice Aslan, graduated from Ankara State Conservatory, Theatre department in 1983. During her study, she studied acting at the Ankara State Theatre. Between 1986 and 1992, she acted at the İzmir State Theatre. Then she returned to Ankara. Since 2000, she's been acting at the İstanbul State Theatre.

Sevil demirci, together with Önder Çakar and Serdar Akar has established in 1997 ''The New Cineastes'' organization with the support of young film directors , actors and cinematographers. Their first films were ''On Board'' and ''Azize, a Laleli Story''. They filmed ''Takva-Fear of God'' in 2006. She was the producer of the films ''Men on the Bridge (2009)'' and ''Majority (2010). Presently she is engaged in the pre-production of the films ''Fatherland'' by Feridun Koç and '' The Standing Up'' by Zeki Demirkubuz.
