Cedomir Kolar was born in Croatia. He graduated in film production at the Belgrade Academy of Dramatic Arts.
Cedomir is the Academy Award nominee (Before the Rain) and the Academy Award winning producer (No Man's Land).
Since 1991, he has been acting as producer for "Noé Productions" in Paris. His credits include:
